Staff and upper management, complete five stars. Best in Richmond, out of the five buildings that I lived in. Give Aldo a raise. What a great personality. So caring. Gym is really nice. I was never towed in the year that I lived there, even when I double parked over night out of exhaustion. Aldo, that you. This guy in my opinion one of the best property managers in town. I was towed at all other complexes I lived in during my 4.5 years in Richmond. Erroneous towing is a multimillion dollar industry in the city of Richmond and apartment complexes are notorious for having their tenants towed. So why four stars? Lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful time. Nice apartments with clean shared space. Super quick on maintenance fixes! The winner for me is the current staff! They are so kind and made my time there very easy. Shoutout Aldo!!

We recently moved to Belmont and have been loving it so far. The move in process was smooth and the maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Im new to Richmond and I just recently moved to this complex. I will say the staff here are very responsive, empathetic, and professional, and most mishaps are not in their control! But, my excitement was rapidly turned to disappointment. Unfortunately, the elevator has been out for three days. I moved to an apartment on the fourth floor, but with this being a newer building, I assumed access would be reliable. After I moved here I found out PODS are not allowed here. They offered me 24 hours, but between my schedule, elevator access, parking and date availability that time frame has been majorly inconvenient. The apartment complex is beautiful, clean, safe and offers great amenities. Cody and the team here has been amazing. Cody made the move in process so easy and less stressful. He even reached out with a better apartment option for the move time frame I needed. The common areas are always clean and we're maintain. The apartments are so comfortable with great layout. I'm very excited I choose Belmont on Broad Apartment as my new HOME. Definitely recommend.
