Belmont Manor Apartments

This Complex is Shared Electric, Shared Gas, Shared Water, & Waste Water & the utilities are Expensive. The Units are Small & its Noisy (Thin Walls). The Homeless Love going in & out of the "Gated" parking Lot & go through the cars or just take it. The laundromat is Okay but f you leave your clothes unattended for any length of time they usually go missing!! The Heated Pool Is Always Cold.

I've been here 5 years and have had no issues. Its gated, and has a pool, steam room, weight room, and sauna. The price can't be beat either. Places are getting pricey these days. No bothering to get utilities in your own name. Just move in and done!

These apartments have been a great home for me and my family. The space is kid and pet-friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

They will raise the price after your lease ends and they absolutely will take you to court instead of talking or communicating, only had 5 washer and 5 dryers for 3 buildings, genuinely this place sucks and ruined my life and they don't care... all they want is money to make their place pretty they don't care about you or your situation in any capacity

Moving here has been one of the best experiences I have had. All the employees are wonderful super nice. The grounds are always cleaned. I feel lot safer having my car parked because it’s in a gated area. I recommend living here.
