Bellrock Memorial

This apartment complex has become a complete embarrassment. Two cars were stripped of their wheels while the front gates sat wide open for weeks. One of those cars is sitting on bricks about ten feet from the gate as I write this. The so-called “luxury” community they advertise is nothing more than false advertising. The only competent people here are Alexandria, the maintenance crew, and the courtesy patrol officer. They are the only ones who have ever actually helped residents. Magically, the gates that have been broken for weeks are suddenly closed and working. Incredible how that only happens after residents suffer real consequences. I have to say. This was a great tour. Jackie was an absolute pleasure to work with during my visit to Bellrock Memorial. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire touring experience smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. She took her time walking me through the community, answered every question with patience, and made sure I had a clear understanding of each floor plan and amenity. What stood out most was her kindness and professionalism. She created a comfortable environment during the viewings and made me feel like she truly cared about helping me find the right fit. It’s rare to meet someone who combines warmth, knowledge, and great customer service so naturally.

I recently toured with Alyssa and had an amazing experience with her. She is so knowledgeable about the floor plans and amenities. She helped me calculate all of the costs of how to prorate my rent with the six week special that was going on. I definitely recommend her if you are going to tour she will answer all of your questions and guide you in the right direction with your budget. 5 stars to Alysa! 😊

OMG I absolutely love this property. The staff is so very friendly, but it is Jackie who stood out to me. She was so attentive so helpful answered all of my questions. Exceptional customer service on Jackie’s in. She is absolutely amazing if you plan on leasing here definitely go and talk to Jackie.

She answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided helpful insights about the community, amenities, and lease terms. The tour was well-organized and never felt rushed. She made sure to highlight key features of the apartment and was transparent about everything, which I really appreciated. Overall, Eryn made the touring process smooth and enjoyable.
