Bellevue Tower Apartments

Hallway smells like urine and wet dog. Laundry rooms are always full. People don't take their clothes out they just forget about them for the rest of the day. There is a big dump truck on the side entrance that smells awful. There is dog feces on the stairs. The driveway is full of tire hazards. Oh! and you can't flush your toilet water gets shut off every other day. Otherwise the apartment is great if you can brush the downside of it.

I went to see the apartment. I had made an appointment for after parent/teacher conferences. On the web site under apartment amenities it says washer/dryer. It doesn't say in select homes. I got to the place and first of all the nice woman wasn't wearing a mask. She said she can't because she has Asthma. I understand that, but she can wear a shield. Then she was really nice and said there are a lot of apartments that need to be turned around so she could have one by the time I want to move it. I told her I wanted to see one and was told that she couldn't show one to me. I asked her if she expected me to rent it sight unseen. she said she could show me pictures.. I told her I could see pictures online. That's when I said "There are washer and dryers in the apartment homes right?" She tol

My husband and I looked at this place. There were maintenance people all over, however the lady gave me the same line as another person on here about not wearing a mask and would have an apartment ready by the time we would move in. While the townhome we toured was spacious, the pool was gross and had dirty water with garbage in it. The carpet in the main hallway was disgusting and smelled horrible. We had to twist her hand to let us view the townhome and after how in disrepair everything was we didn't want them apply. The parking lot had tons of cars with windows out and barley even nice vehicles whenever people were repairing the vehicles in the parking lot and it didn't seem safe. After the news report came out about their corruption on the local news we dodged a bullet by not applying

Hello! I lived in the tower for a year, and I did enjoy my space. I'll break down the pros and cons I experienced here: Pros: The rent itself was quite reasonable, and the staff was very flexible and kind to me- I work nights, so sometimes it was very hard to get to the bank in time- the front desk frequently let me pay a week early so I wouldn't have to worry about literally losing sleep. They also never lost anything, and always volunteered a receipt. The space itself is very large, and I was able to create clearly defined spaces for my hobbies and activities, with room left over. Also, there was a high rise toilet in the bathroom, a very nice thing for someone who has abused his knees a lot. My neighbors were always really chill. No loud noises, no stupid feuds, just a very nice sense

I just rented here at Bellevue Towers and it is very lovey. Management made me feel welcomed and valued Mokihana helped to push my application through. She was very professional and helpful even though I called 1000×. The apartment is very spacious it is quite too. I walk my 1 1/2 yo to sleep every night ive had no issues its very peaceful. If you want a management that cares for its residents and puts you first I reccomend coming here.
