These are micro studios it’s great for traveling nurses or rich college students but it’s too small to have house guests and pets unless you have a goldfish. There’s no oven, no dishwasher, no sink in the bathroom you have to use your kitchen sink to brush your teeth. Price is too high for the size 200 sq ft
