I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the maintenance and management team at Bellevue at spring creek. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests over the past months, none of my issues have been properly resolved. To make matters worse, the maintenance team keeps closing the work orders within 2-3 days without actually fixing the problems. I've reached out multiple times through calls, messages, and in person, but the issues persist. Given the poor service and lack of follow-through, the rent they are charging is absolutely not worth it. For the price being paid, I expected much better quality and responsiveness. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The name of the apartment complex is now The Celine. I am no longer a resident. Let me tell you they are sooo unprofessional. The rental office employees are unprofessional and don’t care about the tenants. The realty management office never returns calls, don’t care about issues or complaints and your never able to speak with a live person. This company is Janky and I will be reporting them to be reviewed by BBB. Tenants like me paying full rent out of their pockets and are unable to get simple request fulfilled is not a way to run or maintain any property. I am a resident living at the Webster property and I have had nothing but bad experiences. I have only been here 4 months and I have had 5 maintenance calls. On one occasion my ac was out and I had to go all night without air. The maintenance person promised to come and fix it but never showed and when I called the answering service to inquire about it the lady was rude and hung up on me. I called the management company in Dallas last week but on one ever called back and when I tried again today which is a week later about another issue the mailbox is full. Have been trying to get a package out of the leasing office since the 24th. Staff keeps telling me it’s not there but when I spoke to the supervisor at the post office they said they have a lot of problems with this complex not giving

We have waited over a year to receive a refund from one of their properties and have still not gotten back. We have called, gone by, talked to management, spoken with administration and even spoke with the CEO of Nicholas Residential PAUL PANZA and was disrespected by the CEO. He is a joke and has NO business in business. They have nothing but negative reviews from their tenants and should be out in jail. Please save yourself the time and frustration and stay clear of any properties that they own. INCLUDING ALL BELLVUE APARTMENTS PECAN GROVE!!! That means all BELLVUE APPARTMENTS NATION WIDE. I'm a real estate broker in Houston and one of my agents placed a tenant in Fairview at Bellevue on 6/1/2023 and we have still not been paid. All I hear is check is in the mail and no answer at their management company.
