Bellevue Crossing Apartments

After being blown off by another apartment (that we had a scheduled tour for), my girlfriend and I randomly decided to see if Bellevue had any openings for a walk-in tour, and Terri graciously and kindly gave us a wonderful tour with so much helpful information. We were so impressed not only with the property itself, but the customer service. So glad we decided to visit here!

My family are very happy and thankful for Ms. Terrie and Angela. They made it super easy for us to move into our new apartment at Bellevue, and since we've been here, it's been an amazing 2 months so far.

Recently (little over a month ago) my girlfriend and I moved into these apartments. Finally we are settled in, and I am overwhelemed with joy over our decision. After living in many apartments around Bend, Angela and Terri are some of the most grounded and kind property managers I've had. It really helped the move in be a calm experince. On top of that, when a few maintenence things needed to be done the people on staff got it fixed on the first day. Happy to see they are on top of maintenence requests. Quiet property, and nice neighbors. I would reccomend it to any renter.

As many reviews have stated the new management have had lots of issues lately. We have lived here for two years and since the management has changed things went downhill. The trash issue as mentioned in other reviews is a glaring issue especially with the heat. The dog run has been neglected as well. Overall it sucks because I have lived here for a few years and now I cant afford to move anywhere else, I wish that for as much as I pay for rent that I could have a decent and clean place to live. Don't rent here. Everything they do is ran like a total scam. They post multiple listings on Craigslist, not showing the actual unit but instead only places like the clubhouse, or of a very large unit to obviously entice people to apply because it looks much nicer than the studio they are advertising. They also won't have any units available, only "up and coming" and "accepting applications" (of course for a non-refundable application and holding fee) for a single unit that "may" be available in the future, just to grab money from application fees. What a sham
