Bellevue 10 Apartments

I moved into this brand new apartment building two weeks ago, and definitely a great decision. The amenity spaces are marvelous, and the rooftop is simply beautiful! The building location is great next to the mall, park, and apart of the Chinook School District for my son. The management team has been great, and love the features where I can open the building from my phone, and key-less entry for my apartment. Overall a great experience so far for me and my family. I highly recommend.

I lived here for a year and had a very bad experience. My storage had water damage, I was constantly overcharged, and my vehicle was towed even though I lived there. Another time my car window was smashed, and in another incident someone broke into my vehicle. The management was never available, never replied to my messages, and it was impossible to get help from them. Overall, very disappointing experience – I would not recommend living here

Amazon’s relocation folks gave us few buildings to see in Bellevue including this one and we chose this building amongst others in the area simply due to its proximity to grocery/restaurants/cafes/park, quick walk to waterfront, EV charging, and most importantly the staff and how welcoming they were. Having lived all over, this was by far one of the best management staff during our year here, very responsive and available via text/email and partially on weekends. Barring issues outside their control (freak storm that downed power lines for days and left the entire town without power, even still the staff went above and beyond with water, food deliveries and providing battery lights!), awesome location, safe, clean, usable amenities, and quiet building. 2025 will be my second year living in this apartments.and I’ve been loving it. A perfect home for me. Very clean and quiet. I was touch that…. During the power outage they were very thoughtful of the tenants. When I came down to the lobby I saw breakfast being served and afternoon snacks. I also love that they do not allow smoking cigarettes including marijuana and all types of vapes. Congratulations to Melissa and Kayla for doing a petfect job

The leasing office lady is the worst part of living here. More than half the time her office is closed, even tho the posted hours say it should be open. When you do catch her by some miracle, she’s rude and passive aggressive. The 2 stars are for the great location and the gorgeous rooftop.
