Bellemont Victoria II Apartments

Overall, I have no complaints. While the unit could benefit from some updates, Bellemont Victoria II is very affordable. It is typically quiet and peaceful. Maintenance responds promptly when I submit a request, and the office staff are pleasant and helpful. They were also able to move me in quickly. I would definitely recommend these apartments. I wanted to stay a while before reviewing so I could provide an honest review. I am updating my review. Initially, things were fine, but now my car has been broken into 2 times, and the damage was severe. The silence from the apartments has been deafening. No one has checked on me, and I was supposed to be hearing from a manager, which never happened. The photos below are from January 2026, and the other are from February 2026!

Rent is affordable. People are mostly quiet, complex as a whole is pretty chill. Maintenance is always fast to answer questions and handle issues, never had a problem with the office people. Paint, lighting, cabinets, fixtures could be better but it's nothing that'll keep you from doing what you need to. No ceiling fans though.

I was second guessing on going to these apartments glad I followed my first mind though went here and the manager Tia Washington was wonderful she was so knowledgeable and attentive answered every question I had her and my leasing agent Micheal were so helpful and made this process an easy one . The apartments are more up to date than I thought and I’m happy with my decision . Shout out to Tia and Micheal they are wonderful .

One of my favorite properties to stay at! Tia, along with Michael and Jayme have provided me my best leasing experience thus far! Highly recommend, the customer service is excellent.

When I first moved in here it was great met some good neighbors had some fun hung out. The place was always fun on weekends even sometimes during week. Great place to stay especially since now they are remodeling everything. Lots of neighborhoods around us for walking. Maintenance is really great here very fast hard working.
