Belleair Place Apartments

Don’t waste your time, they don’t let you see your apartment before moving in.. $3000 to move in and there is so many things broken in the apartment and I’ve been waiting 4 months to get them fixed.. a 3 bedroom is tiny and all the kitchen cabinets/fridge is very very old and the manager is always rude and forgets conversations we have.. calling corporate and trying to get someone to call you back is impossible Definitely NOT worth $1950 a month But on another note the outside is kept up

I went and applied at these apartments and the individuals in the office dont know what they are doing at all.. I got the run around with them, I did everything I was suppose to dealing with the applications. After I filled out the waiting list application they sent me the move in application which I filled out and was wrong it was suppose to be i guess a tax application so I went back online and filled that out then got the run around about my verification of employment I put a different number and they came up with a larger number saying that came back from my employment which I contacted HR at my Job and she told me she didn't know where they got that number from and she sent me what she faxed over to them.. then they told me I have to wait on the compliance team to approve everything w

Don't be fooled by their nice looking pictures and big list of amenities. All of it is lies to get you in the door. This is the most filthy disgusting place I have ever moved into. They completely misrepresent the property and don't tell you that you are FORCED to purchase their internet service and pay for it when it is completely open to anyone who wants in. I have been here a week and everyone I have spoken to from the property lied about almost everything. They are horrible people who are intentionally deceptive to everyone they talk to. I knew they loved filing evictions when I lived there as I saw multiple, I just didn’t realize that they were lying to get default judgements. Be careful if they don’t like you.

These reviews really scare people away. I have had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely helpful in my approval/rental process. As in any apartment complex it has its little details but the maintenance service is really good. I put in a work order and it was fixed the next day. How fast they fix your problems at the apt is a plus! The surroundings are very nice and kid friendly. Last night there was a police car patrolling the area which made me feel very safe. The rooms are very spacious. They have ceiling fans and an area for a washer and dryer and will even rent them if you don't have any. Big balcony with safe bars against children. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the counter tops would be the only thing I would change about the apartment, those do need an update. But o

I’m so glad I took the time to read these reviews. I was planning to schedule a tour, but after calling numerous times and leaving multiple voicemails without a single response, I’ve decided not to bother. That alone speaks volumes, and I wouldn’t consider living here.
