Belle Oaks Apartments

I gave this complex and Pathsco communities one star because I couldn't give them zero. If you are moving to the bell county, Belton area this place is not the place to go. If you are in a situation and need public housing assistance and this is your only available option, I feel sorry for you. This place is a joke. The manager Beverly Wilson and her crew with Pathsco communities are absolutely horrible. Including but not limited to their regional manager Robin Dunsa. They are inconsiderate and are doing what is called a "stay in place" remodel which should be against the law. They are inconsiderate of the tenants and our belongings. The amenities they claim this complex has is false advertisement. They ripped up the only recreational basket ball court the children in this community have

This place is garbage!!! I have had to live here allot longer than I planned. It is infested with rats and roaches. I have c it one star because it is the minimum amount required to rate. This place says online that it has a pool, it don't. Basketball hoop, junky, no parks at all for kids except at the school but those gates stay locked. It says laundry facilities, they are nasty. There isn't one bush, plant, rose bush, nothing outside. There is mold. Also this isn't a place to raise your kids. There is drugs, violence, crime, your vehicle always gets towed. STAY AWAY IS YOUR SMART.

Put eyes in the back of your head and you'll be fine. In their defense they ate really cleaning it up and removing the trash
