I lived here for two years. This was my first apartment so I did not know what I was getting into. I appreciated that the leasing team followed up quickly and showed me a unit right away.Initially, the apartment seemed nice, but over time I experienced several ongoing issues. Parking was very challenging. There were rarely enough open spaces, and even paid reserved spots were sometimes blocked or taken by other vehicles, which was frustrating. Noise was also a consistent issue. As a middle unit resident, I regularly heard loud music from neighboring units and above. You can even hear their TV (walls did not seem soundproof at ALL). Additionally, some residents left dogs home during the day, and the barking could be continuous, which made working from home difficult. When I raised concerns,

My experience with Bella wood has been nothing but phenomenal. Ms. Laura has been trying to assist me for months. And when this December special came, it was a blessing in disguise. I enjoy my 3bd apartment. I have had no complaints so far. I appreciate everything they have done. I do believe that a little more explanation in breakdown of costs would be helpful but other than that I have had.No complaints. Pet fees are a little high but not having to pay a monthly fee will be a plus. Business is Business. Continue doing what you do Ms. Laura.

I'll start by saying this is an okay place to live. Maintenance normally responds quickly, and I know they're busy as I see them walk back and forth doing stuff all the time through my ring camera. I like being close to major stores as well. Laura is my leasing agent and has been pleasant the entire time we've been here. They regularly spray the apartments for pest with Orkin which is nice. The price I'm paying to live here is definitely not worth it though, especially for a one bedroom. The unit me and my SO looked at prior to moving in looked great and we were excited. The unit we moved into is a different story. It definitely has the "landlord special". Ms.Laura in the office is beyond amazing, she definitely goes above and beyond and is very very nice. She keeps in touch n with you and ensures all is going well. The apartments are very spacious and very very quiet as far as the area. Definitely 10/10!
