We performed work for Bellavista Building Group at Balmoral at Waters Edge (countertops) and Parkview II Juliette Townhomes (hardware). As of October 1, 2025, our records show $77,067.50 remains unpaid on invoices issued between December 2022 and January 2025. We requested payment or a written dispute from Aldo Martin (Owner) and Craig Kaminsky (Project Manager) on March 5, April 10, June 2, August 14, November 18 2025. As of this posting, we have not received payment a documented dispute, or a response to our emails. We’ll update this review promptly upon resolution or if any fact here is shown to be inaccurate. Documentation available upon request.
Very unprofessional builder that hires incompetent subcontractors. Be very careful and triple check the work when purchasing a home from this company.
