Rent/tenant portal no longer works, drop box is closed, office isn’t open during the hours they say it’s open 8:30-5:30. Opens after 8:30 and closes before 5:30. Website is down. What’s really going on? How is someone suppose to pay their rent when they work the same hours? Do not rent here!! Got off early to pay the rent just for them to be closed early.

Absolutely terrible customer service and disgusting place to live. They do not clean the apartments before new families move in, look at my photos after driving from the other side of the country. After 3 years the price increase plus getting a better paying job was the last straw. You could not pay me enough to live in this garbage. No appreciation of their residents, allowing others to not pickup after their dogs, criminals living in the complex where cops have to come an raid their apartment, drugs being dealt out of other units. I could keep going on and on.

Severely disappointed in this complex. Thankfully, I did not live here, but these reviews give me a pretty good idea of what it's like. I tried to apply to live here, and it was the most annoying process. It gave me a glimpse of how management operates and how they treat their guests/residents. It's a fairly lengthy story, but here are some key points to note. - They're run by a corporate management team, so they have little control over their rent pricing and application software. - Make sure to voice record/document every conversation cause they won't take your word. - It takes around 2-10 calls to reach someone. There are cockroaches in the apartments, and I didn’t bring them with me. Even though we spray every two weeks, they keep coming, probably because other tenants aren’t as clean. Management hasn’t been the worst, but they’re not the best either. They didn’t give us a key to the gym because their key-making machine is “broken,” and the solution they offered was to wait for another tenant to move out and leave their key. So, if someone moves out and gives us their key, the new tenant won’t have one either, and it just keeps going like that. If no one moves out for months, we simply won’t be able to use the gym.
