The front office staff is hard to contact. I go out of town often for my work but the only way they choose to give notices is by posting it on your door. They had a policy change that would have had my car towed. Luckily I was in town the few days before the policy went into effect. I asked if the could communicate with me via email but they said the only form of communication they do is through calling and coming into the office. The trash hasn't been picked up in weeks and it is honestly a huge mess now. In addition to this they also haven't cut the grass in quite a while so the whole place is turning into slums.

DO NOT EVER CONSIDER MOVING HERE. The women "working" in the office are down right lazy and rude! My mother's ac was not working for two whole months and every time she'd go to the office to remind them about the issue, they would act plain stupid as if they didn't know what she was talking about. Sewage comes up and the whole complex wreaks of sewage water. It got the point that my mom had to call the city to get their attention because no one was doing anything and the office people even locked the doors to the office on my mom because they refused to do anything about the situation she was going through. They have the most incompetent women working there. There's another couple that says they take months or even up to a whole year to fix anything. It's outrageous.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.Worst management ever.Lived here for 2 1/2 yrs it wasn’t this bad when I first moved in. Most apartments are empty ,everyone leaves because how bad these apartments are. I have been living without air conditioning for 2 1/2 weeks , they claim they can’t fix it because they are missing a part but we are in summer the apt is super hot and I’m asthmatic , I asked for another apartment and they said they couldn’t do that. My neighbor on the side had leakage going on from the ceiling and they never fixed it so he left. My front neighbor had a big hole in his ceiling that never got fixed as well. It takes forever for you to be heard about anything but when it comes to rent time they are at your door.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Management keeps changing and the management as of today are very inconsiderate, they do not care about their residents whatsoever. There was an incident with police involved, one of the neighbors along with 4 other men physically assaulted our next door neighbors one being a woman, and my wife, and she had a fractured arm and stole her phone. They also broke our window. We had to leave our home because we felt UNSAFE. Management along with a broken promise that they were gonna fix our window by a certain day, they did not. Along with 2 other windows that were recently broken more than likely was the neighbor & his friends. Management did NOT do anything and expects US to pay for our broken window. They also do not no notify you for changing management, and for nothing

I enjoy living here ! The managers are nice and the neighbors are friendly. They make me feel so at home like my own hometown. The managers are so welcoming and reaching out to make sure everything is okay. I would recommend these apartment to anyone who wants to move in this area. GREAT CHOICE!!!!!
