Bellaire Plaza

I have lived at Bellaire Plaza for 13 out of the 14 years I have lived in Denver. I can honestly tell you since the building sold to a new owner in May 2024 and Cornerstone took over managing this property, it has driven me to finally decide to leave. I used to love living here and now it's a cockroach infested dump with garbage piled next to the dumpster almost every week and a malfunctioning HVAC situation I have reported them for. We have had FIVE property managers in less than two years. If that doesn't speak to how this company values its employees you can only imagine how they value their tenants. Do yourself a favor and do not believe any bs response they comment at the bottom of this review AND DO NOT RENT FROM CORNERSTONE APARTMENT SERVICES. You'll be glad you heeded this warning.

I moved in at the end of May 2025 and it has been a horrible experience. Upon move in I had no hot water in my kitchen, the bathroom was unfinished, I was assigned a non-existent parking spot, had a pest infestation, faulty wiring on lights, a non- working ac unit - that has now been leaking and out of order for about a month. My mailbox was broken into, the trash area is pretty scary, and my garbage disposal had to be replaced. There is an alarm that goes off when they renovate other units and no one turns it off so you have to. Maintenance is slow to fix issues with little oversight of a property manager (that you rarely see). And you like never get a notice when maintenance needs to enter your apartment. The renovated apartments are quite nice and spacious. Withing walking distance of Infinity Park, Ming's Dynasty, and close to CO Blvd which gives you access to pretty much anything you want. Washer dryers in building work well and are reasonably priced. Building can get very hot in the summer due to a brick building and the a/c doesn't work well. Maintenance takes long to respond and don't fix the problems, while claiming the work is completed or "Vendor." Have to pay for a parking spot. Overall decent place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Bellaire so far. The apartment is actually nicer than I expected, and I especially love having a balcony. The new property managers have been awesome — super responsive, friendly, and you can tell they actually care. Overall, I’m really happy with the place.

I've lived in Bellaire Apartments for almost a year. I do enjoy staying here, it's definitely a family/Community feel to this place everyone is really nice and packages don't get stolen which is a plus. Although I do enjoy my stay there are a couple of things that I'm not to happy with. But I feel once I voice these to the new Property Manager Danilo Perez I really think things will get taken care of and also become a even better place to call home!!!
