Bella Vista Village

The place glows with peaceful calm. It is not overpriced like other apartments. It feels very safe. The staff in the office is hateful and rude however. The workers that work the grounds are great though! I felt the office staff discriminated against me in some way but they didn't give me a reason for why they turned me down even with a great credit and background score, perhaps it was that I'm old, not aure. At least they are kind to minorities that need a good place to stay.

Affordable, safe and quiet environment, beautiful neighborhood with crime watch videos. Very good and friendly management.

I’d rather be Homeless than recommend renting with these people. Haven’t lived there in 4 years and they’re trying to claim I damaged something that went out BEFORE I moved in AND asked TWICE to have it fixed while I lived there and no one ever showed up to fix it. Reached out twice for maintenance and he never showed on the scheduled days but the audacity to blame me for what was done before I moved in. And to make claims when I haven’t been there in over 4 years. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

These people are very unprofessional they are scamming people. My fiancé literally asked how old the lady was cause. Her voice sound like she was really young, which I can actually say that she did sound really young. She called my fiancé, very rude and unprofessional. They do not know what professional is because I run my own business and I’m professional on my detailing in my car wash so these people need to get shut down I do not. “”I do not recommend this worthless piece of crap place “”

I tried to move out here I gave everything on the list, even had the office staff look over my application to make sure that we had everything I made more than enough background check is clear as I work for the state and they denied me I've called twice to see why I've been rejected and the ladies say that a paper supposed to come in the mail to my old address paper never showed up I still don't have an answer to why I've been rejected or what went wrong I just want to know something so I don't feel like it's a race thing. Who's the third-party person that's checking the applications because I would like to call them as well since they can't tell the office why I was rejected. This is unprofessional.
