Bella Vista Park Apartments

An amazing place to live. Courtney and Shelly are the sweetest people when I say the management is absolutely fantastic. I love it here. The property is very clean and extremely quiet all day. Maintenance staff is great as well they come in and get things fixed in a very timely manner and they also clean up after they are done never in my time in renting an apartment have I seen this. I am beyond satisfied with my nice cozy apartment here. Picture is my dining room which I turned into my workspace and my kitchen.

Quiet and peaceful. Feel safe and no break in of vehicles since I moved in. Great management always respond to any issue I may have and inform tenants of any repairs scheduled ahead of time. Property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Family environment which is important to me, very satified

Horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Soon as my lease is up I'm high tailing up out of here.. this is now the 3rd time within 6 months I've had to register the same damn vehicle. They're rat infested, I had to handle pest control MYSELF although they charge you faithfully every month. The first day we moved in we saw a couple of people moving out. It gave me a bad feeling and now I see why! Spend your money else where!! UPDATE: Moving at the end of the month, I still do not recommend moving here. My rat problem was fixed, but it's still evidently a problem here.. each month they harass you by email with new "rules" as far as parking, pets, maintenance whatever... The pool is not functioning. Instead of fixing it as an amenity for residence they just put a solution in it to make it appear clean. It

Great staff, always very helpful! They are always helpful, and someone is available in the office during office hours. Any maintenance requests I had were always addressed immediately. Thanks again guys!! As far as the crime, I've never personally experiences any crime, nor have I heard of any. I feel safe as a single parent it’s hard for you to find a place to call home and feel safe and Vineyards at forest edge makes me feel safe. Thank you, guys!!! I’m renewing my lease!!!

I applied got approved and made all the necessary payments (other than rent) to move into this apartment. I had an apartment number and everything, but they gave me the runaround for a couple of months, not caring if I’d end up homeless or anything saying they'd let me know when the apartment is ready and that the a/c was out, etc. They didn't inform me that the apartment was ready or provide me with an update about a new move in date until after I had moved into a new apartment following the move in date changing 3/4 times. I was then promised a refund, but I haven't yet received one.
