Bella vista Apartments is a wonderful place to live, I’m so grateful to have have the opportunity to be here. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, The office staff is lovely and hardworking it doesn’t go unnoticed. Very welcoming upon entering an happy to help you with any problems you might have. Even the maintenance man is so happy an sweet always waking about the Property with the big ole smile. I can’t complain. I love it here! My little family loves it here. I’m happy to provide a safe place for my family.

ℹ give It a 1star. This Place is beautiful and Residents are Awesome. But the Management we have that’s been here in office for 2 months is very unprofessional.Her name is Ashley gutierrez. She so Rude much. She rudely spoke to my teenage daughter.And this was After hours when they closed.She gives out FALSE Violations and Evictions notices. We have a Laundry Room/ Gym and it’s only open Office hours. That’s very lame 😒 Sometimes we’re not available to wash at those HOURS. They complain (Management) homeless go in and to damages. Well we Have CAMERAS ALL OVER Bella Vista apartments. Especially in some unnecessary places Like under Residences Porches.And they complain that’s so uncomfortable 😳 Office sees when residents go in and out their Apartment.And all the cameras are recording. I have been here since April 2022 and have overall liked my experience living here all except with not being able to do laundry on the weekends and issues with the AC system not properly flowing in my boys room. Initially the prior management that was here when i first moved in didn’t throughly investigate and went another year with the same problems. Since the new Manager (Lamari) came on bored and I mentioned it (She made it a priority to get the matter looked at ) not just with words but through action! Two different AC companies have come out to see what the issue is and the prior management never did that!!! On top of that (Lamari) is caring & concerned about the tenants here! I can go to her and talk to her of my concerns or just stop by to say hi and she is always welcoming. This p

Management at Bella Vista these last several months has been so sweet, understanding, cooperative, and flexible in dealing with our crazy schedules and needs. They've gone out of their way to make Bella Vista feel like home.

Leasing agent was extremely rude to me when I got there. The office was closed when I first arrived so I waited until they were back from lunch. No big deal to me. But then they were 15 minutes late coming back and when I turned around to walk away am employee came out of the backside of the office and rudely asked if she could help me. Like I didn’t belong there. After asking if they had any apartments available she again rudely said no and that they were on a wait. I was only polite with my replies and yet she kept having an attitude. Disappointing but glad I know before I spent any more time or money on them.
