Very poor condition of living. You can hear every single conversation of every surrounding neighbor. Absolutely no peace. Heating system doesn’t work no matter how high you have the temperature. Just terrible place to live. I wish I could upload videos so you can hear this mess of apartment! Don’t rent here !

I CANT wait for my lease to be over in 4 months so we can leave, this place is a nightmare. Our HEAT isn’t working and I have a small baby I keep calling and leaving request to be fixed they come look at it and tell me it’s fixed but then 1-2 days later it’s broken again. Just absolutely awful experience walls are extremely thin, we had packages stolen and the windows aren’t properly insulated so you’ll freeze on cold days between January and February. If you can afford somewhere slightly more expensive go for it.

Do not even think about moving here this is the worse place to lived NO HEAT health dept is always there, tenants let dogs pee in the elevator I got stuck in the elevator thank goodness for the property manager! Ms Liz! Wall are so thin you can hear everything! Maintenance guy is a creep and can not fix anything! my dishwasher still is broken after 5months maintenance still can fix it! The laundry room only let you wash clothes with cold water! I can’t wait to move in a month!! On Wednesday I now we have a new property Manager Kassandra she is rude and no compassion about the heat! The one person that cared about us they let go I heard from Maintenance which is really sad because things was getting done. All in all please don’t move here!!! Rent elsewhere!

Cheap place and cheap conditions. If you can spent the extra $200 somewhere else, do it, cus this place was not built to be an apartment complex. Too many issues, from flooring, to HVAC, privacy, electrical etc. BUT it’s an affordable apartment downtown Ansonia.

You can change your name but you can’t escape the noise! Don’t waste your money on this place! Under new management doesn’t mean nothing if they don’t fix these paper tissue walls! You can hear all surrounding neighbors like if you’re sitting on their couch. Doesn’t matter how high you put the temperature the heating and cooling system is no good as they built this place terribly. UNTIL THEY FIX THE HVAC AND WALLS AND FLOORS this place isn’t worth not even 1 star! DO NOT RENT HERE
