Bella Via Apartments

So been living here a year been ok so far except my work truck getting broken into. Now today someone claiming to be pest control just walks in with no prior notice when the office is closed. I thought they were supposed to give 24 hr notice. I am not happy about this.

Absolutely the worst interaction I’ve had with an apartment. I’ve been working with miles in the leasing office with my application for almost 2 weeks now’s having to call back almost 10 times over the 2 weeks because they never follow up if your missing a document or anything for your application. Finally today ( 2 days before I have to move out of my apartment) after waiting almost 4-5 days to tell them if I’m approved or not. I am calling every day I can they tell me I am approved thankfully but they never notified me that I was and also the cherry on top they have my move in date wrong and said they don’t have a unit available for me to move. After I have the application document that says otherwise when I put the correct date. Extremely unprofessional don’t waste your time moving here

I went to get some information on the units, was greeted very well by a lady at the office by the name of Diana. She made me feel very well and she explained to me everything I needed to know. Thank you Diana I will be applying in April once my lease is ending where I'm at right now

You have to be freaking out your mind to live over here, take it from someone who has been here almost six years, I’ve seen it all and a lot to tell to those that want to hear. The most unpleasant and unprofessional place to live, my credit is finally clear for a house and I can’t get away from here fast enough. The grounds are so trashy I get depressed when I pull up to my apartment. When I tell you these young people have turned this into a night club and a pharmacy 24 hours of the day. The management has changed at least 10 times in 5 years, and with each change is a new fee, this complex looses so much money that they start adding fees to your lease agreement, and that’s not the half of what I’ve experienced with this company. I truly don’t know who corporate is or the go to person on

Ms Dianna has very good communication skills and has been a great help in my time of need she's professional and courteous. Love the apartments and the staff is great to work with very much appreciated.thank you
