I loved the management here very friendly. However my air conditioner went out and it’s been out of 3 days. They gave me a portable air conditioner which tells the room temperature and it hasn’t made any area cool. The temperature in my house is 96 degrees. I talked to management and I have asthma they have told me that heat isn’t a severe issue. I pay over 1,000 in rent to have the best. I am not the only one. If I were you I would live other places that aren’t bella terra its plenty in the area. Try Jordan Creek Cascade they’re awesome making things happen. No reimbursement or anything. Don’t do it and the parking sucks.

Parking sucks. No spots open at night and you have to park at Walmart where you could possibly get towed. Way better places to live in WDM than this place. They also send WAY too many emails out for the community. One here and there, but the landlord sends them out for every single thing and doesn’t even spell things right so idk what’s going on there. It’s not peaceful. If someone on the property does something, they send out a email calling whoever did it out in a kind of hostile way and acts like she’s lecturing the whole apartment community. For paying $1,200 in rent every month, you’d think they would stay out of your life more and let you enjoy the property. Also, it’s RIGHT behind Walmart so have fun waking up early to the extremely loud truck they unload in the morning.

I’ve lived here for about a year. The manager, Erika, is great. Dave the maintenance man, is awesome! Bella Terra is the best management and maintenance staff I’ve ever had. I’ve had to move around a lot in the past 6 years, so I have 6 other apartments in the metro area (Waukee, West Des Moines and Grimes) to compare this place. This complex is much better than any other so far. I usually get a very fast response to my messages. Repairs are done quick. The after-hours line picks up right away and gets things done right then. Management doesn’t bother you much with a lot of unnecessary inspections and intrusions. They’ve only come once except when I needed them to come. The heat and a/c work really well. Lived here for about a year and it is a wonderful place, with affordable price. They have one bedroom townhouses with attached garages and comparatively cheaper than many options around Jordan Creek area. Christie, the front office staff, and Dave, the maintenance guy, both are extremely helpful and amazing. Highly recommended.

I've lived in many apartments, this is the best I've been in. Had an issue when I moved in, it was fixed within the first week. Great location and price compared to others. Maintance is good and landlord is very friendly. Been here a month and happy. Dog friendly too.
