Bella of Baton Rouge Apartments

My wife and I were excited to tour the property as the photos and reviews made it seem like it might be worth our while. To our surprise, our viewing appointment was cancelled last minute when we were just arriving to the location. I confirmed 2 hours ahead that we were still intending to make it. This was via text. About 10 minutes prior to the appointment time, I sent a text to the same number letting management know that we would be about 5-10 minutes behind due to traffic. About 2 or 3 minutes after I sent that text, I received a text and email (automated) notifying me that our appointment had been cancelled. I attempted to call but was met with an automated voice system, so we decided to wait until we arrived to see what’s what. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the man

They move in experience was great. They were very patient and understanding of my situation in regards to moving in. Very Pleased with my apartment. So glad we made the decision of moving here. It's very clean, quiet, no heavy traffic or no one posted up. No neighbors arguing outside or anything of that nature. It's a very nice convenient area. I don't have to drive out my way for much. Much more space than others I visited.

This was the best decision I made. Getting an apartment here has been great. My move was very successful. Megan is the best manager. And gets things done.

The apartments are big and spacious Meg the property manager will always make sure all maintenance needs are met fast and promptly the lawn is always cut ! I'm a very happy tenant!

After a week of being here, I can definitely say that I am happy that I chose this apartment complex. Coming from Houston, TX and not being able to visit, I was able to handle everything online and over the phone with Megan! Megan needs a promotion! She assisted me so well with my move and my apartment is so clean and I have new appliances. With the new renovations, everything looks good. My move-in was stress-free and the area is quiet. My neighbors are nice. I'm close to everything!
