There was a very personal touch throughout the entire process. They have been very quick and accommodating for any items that needed addressing which were very few. We were so pleased with Bella Home Builders that we contracted them to build our custom pool house as well. We recently moved into our dream home built by Bella Home Builders. Before choosing a builder, we researched and toured many houses under construction by varies builders. The only one we could not find any flaws with their workmanship was Bella. The entire Bella staff of Tanner, Soula, Danielle, and Dave, along with the vendors and contractors all went above and beyond to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I’m extremely OCD/particular so having Tanner as project manager was ideal as he made sure every detail was completed perfectly and always to my satisfaction. We were chosen to be their house for the 2025 Showcase of Homes. As a result, our home was completed even better than our original vision with extra custom details being added. We absolutely LOVE our new home

Bella built a first class custom home for us in Saratoga Springs! Every room is exactly as we had hoped for and Tanner, the GC, was on top of every detail and was very responsive to develop alternatives during the building process. This review is 5 years after Bella built our home. It was a nightmare experience from start to end. 5 years later I'm still finding problems and they never even finished their punch list. They wore me down and I stupidly gave up trying after countless emails, texts and calls. My latest find is I paid to have my garage insulated and in the process of installing heating I find the stud bay empty. Odd .. punch a hole on another bay... Lol and behold, an empty wall! I am LIVID. Stay far away from these builders!!
