Bella Flora Apartments

As it currently is in many parts of Tucson, security is the major concern with this place. And unless the management decides to invest into installing security cameras and stops leasing to shady individuals, this issue is unlikely to go away. Refrain from taking ground floor apartments! Windows are easy to open and break into (as it has happened several times during my 2 year stay). When I just moved in, they gave me a ground floor apartment and residents next to me were selling drugs to homeless people out of the window of their ground apartment. Sometimes they would confuse the window and bang on mine instead. You can imagine the fear I had to endure as a single female. After they moved me to a top floor apartment, things felt a bit safer, but the crazy neighbours and the constant smell

Exquisite and charming! We could not be happier with finding, as the little sign out front indicates: this Hidden Gem! First looked and considered moving here back in March, 2025. After everything began coming together for us, but not without the beautiful, wonderful and perfectly professional assistance from Cynthia; we are finally moved in. Home. 💕 1/15/2026 and we've been here three months now...with zero negative notations: the view (our home faces north) never gets old; the Christmas Holiday Gathering-of-Residents was a real treat; and the short walk over to Trader Joe's 8am-9pm 24/7 because you ran out of butter, bread or eggs, or you have a sudden chocolate craving..."Is just marvelous, Darlings!!"💕

The apartments are nice and rent is affordable. My mom lives there. The only thing that don't give this place 5 stars is the lady manager. Her attitude sucks. When my mom first moved there I was going to see her and my kids. So the manager was leaving and I didn't know where my mom's place was so I asked her if she could point me in the right direction of apt # ***. She rolled her eyes and said " well don't you have her number" I was like yes and I have the building code to get in too I just figured I would ask you since you were leaving so I didn't have to keep searching". Then with an attitude she was like it's right there in building *" So I thanked her and walked two doors away from where she was. But you would have thought it took so much effort to tell me to walk two doors down. I w

I’m glad I didn’t listen to negative reviews and looked at this place myself. Beautiful and NO BUGS! If you’re not dirty, there will be no bugs! Simple as that. Management is very helpful and courteous. People mind to themselves or are friendly. I personally love it here and so does my fiancé :) laundry is very affordable and the pool is always spotless. Free AC that is COLD. We thought we hit gold when we found this place and so far we still feel like that!

I was considering possibly leasing at your community but after reading the reviews and the outrageous pet deposits and rent per a pet, yeah no thanks. And the roach and bedbug problem and how you guys treated some of your tenants is atrocious. I wouldn't even recommend this place to anyone. Making your tenant become homeless, just wow. Wonder if you've ever been homeless. Maybe you guys should consider the ramifications of your heartless actions. I will never lease from you and if anyone ever asks me about your community, I'm going to tell them to avoid you guys like the plague.
