I do not recommend this place to live, starting with the service they offer, they are rude ladies who only treat you well at the beginning, the pool is never available, all the time I was (2 years) it was in maintenance. We could never get in. There is no security, the doors of the set are always open and damaged. They also steal the cars, it happened to me 2 times, since this property has no security.

Im living downstairs and the noise upstairs is nonstop running jumping all day every day. Sometimes until 3 and 4am the noise is so loud that it awake us in our sleep. I have reported to front office manager, I have called police and no results. When you are over 65 and a loud noise wakes you up late at night can lead to a hearatack or something more serious. The place is a great place to live if the noise was under control.

Very happy with the management here not only do they fix things in a timely manner. They’re very approachable very social. They don’t act like they’re above the residence. They are very good managers.

I moved out of bella fiore apartments at the end of April 2025. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I called the office and spoke to Elsa to inquire about the deposit. I greeted her and spoke very nice. I’ve been very patient with this issue and just wanted answers as to why it was taking so long. She immediately cut me off and was very rude when I was trying to explain the situation. She has no professionalism at all! I asked for her supervisors number and she told me she does not have a supervisor and hung up. I called back again and she still insisted on not giving me a number to corporate. I am very disappointed with this property. I lived there 4 years and had no issues until she became property manager. I will be escalating this issue.

Horrible experience they claim we we're not approved for the apartment but they will not give me a letter to say I was not approved Took our $300 and all we asked for was a letter so we can get our money back for the apartment that said my daughter owed them money when She doesn't. Glad I didn't get an apartment there if there that dirty that we can't even get a letter that we're not approved. Nobody called us back and they closed the account I had to get updates by taking me out the system. Be aware anyone that dirty can't be a good management company for any apartments.
