my mail was constantly stolen, there was no method of control with people picking up packages and the move out fees were insane. The pool also was closed a lot and dirty, the hot tub was broke then entire 1.5 year I lived there, the gym was very underwhelming. For what you pay it isn’t worth it. Beautiful apartments, spacious, even the 1-bedrooms. Very neat, the entire complex is well kept, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Jennifer, my daughter feels very safe there.

I appreciate for the most part the time I did stay here, any complaint we had they were quick to fix, and answered urgently. The pool was nice and the kitchen was pretty luxurious, and they were on top of people with pets to clean up after themselves. But when it came time to leave, they tried to squeeze out every penny I got . Hidden rules and fees for rent. If you have orders, give it to them ASAP. And be on top of changing your address, I had to remind them 4 times of my new address so they can forward the mail. Also I think the price is wayy to high for the size of the apartments.

I’ve been a tenant here since last year and have had nothing but positive experiences. The management team is great and is always responsive to work orders and questions I may have. I’ve been in the military and traveled all over and lived many places, had many landlords and so I’d like to think I would know good from bad. The team here at Bella Estancia is great! Jennifer and Niko have great work ethic, customer service and always greet me with a smile, which goes a long way these days. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to make this your home.

Very beautiful apartment complex, and quiet neighborhood (unless you have those noisy neighbors then you will hear everything!). The gym here is nice, nice and clean pool to enjoy with the family as well. The staff are pretty on point when it comes to answering any questions, and maintaining your apartment. It’s a safe and convenient area to stay and it’s close to a school, park, and a few stores and restaurants. It’s also about 15 minutes away from Fort Bliss, for the military folks- 20-25 minutes during traffic. love this place💙
