Do not rent here !!!!!! Everything that can go wrong will go wrong from terrible management to multiple maintenance calls being ignored to dishwashers leaking , units aren’t even updated they just have years worth of paint on everything! Ac will go down and they come when they eventually get to it you will be days without it management will hide and claim they’re not in office. And they will keep your deposit after you move out claiming unit is in terrible condition when they’re not. You will have issues with pest control you pay for it and when you request it they will do their best not to provide pest service for the unit. Terrible experience.

I would give 0 stars but I gave one. First off im going to be posting this on TikTok. These apartments are ok if you just moved in but the residents that already live here dont get proper maintenance and it’s not the maintenance peoples fault. My carpet is moldy and torn in half and no one will change my carpet. It as left here from past tenants. My dishwasher has been backed u with moldy water for months. My whole upstairs smells rotten and moldy. I dont know what to do at this point. Im just waiting for my contract to finish. I requested a new unit but no one wants to assist. Please make sure you tour your unit before you move in. And if you have kids please make sure your unit doesn’t have black mold. Its made my sons asthma worse. I can’t keep paying $1600 for a Unit that is falling a

Pam made it very difficult to submit a work order and was extremely rude and unprofessional. You can tell she does not like her job, people who like their job don’t treat others the way she does. Avoiding to answer questions by saying “ it depends” is unacceptable when asking for estimates on time frames. There shouldn’t be a reason why I’m left with even more questions than what I had. Pam does not like being asked questions when the answers won’t be convenient for her. No human decency whatsoever and I hope she’s never put in a situation where someone is purposely difficult to her for absolutely no reason. Went to ask for information on leasing an apartment for a family member. PAM was so rude, she had no customer service what so ever. I don't see how she still has a job. Corporate should really re evaluate the employees that they hire. Should have never ignored all of the reviews to begin with. Will never be returning. Corporate can thank PAM for that.
