My husband and I have been living at Bell Totem Lake for two years, and we’ve already chosen to stay for a third — because this place has truly become our home. There is something special about this cozy little Totem Lake village… it feels calm, safe, and full of warmth. Every day here feels peaceful, and we genuinely enjoy living our life in this beautiful community. Our apartment is quiet, cozy, and comforting — the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel relaxed. I am very particular about cleanliness and about things being taken care of quickly, and Bell Totem Lake truly delivers. I moved in Bell Totem Lake in August and it has been a great experience so far. Moving experience was perfectly smooth, Kasey helped make sure everything was set before I moved in. Maintenance team is absolutely amazing, my request has been taken care of fast, huge shout out to Steve! Also love the facilities and the neighborhood.

I’ve have great experience living in this apartment. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My unit is in great condition, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Parking has always been easy, and the neighborhood feels safe and convenient. The staff here truly makes the difference. The leasing managers —Elizabeth, and Kasey — have all been incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. The service team, Steve and Jack, are also fantastic. They respond quickly to any maintenance requests and always do quality work.

Had a lovely time living here this past summer. The team does an amazing job taking care of their residents and are very communicative. Elizabeth is great to work with and such a positive breath of fresh air. You will always be met with a smile and warm energy. Grateful for them during my move-in process as I moved from across the country site unseen. Kasey did a great job showing us around that first day. Even though it was only for a few months, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move to this area!

The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The leasing team is exceptionally professional, helpful, and responsive. They ensured my move-in process was absolutely stress-free. The neighbors are respectful and quiet, contributing to a peaceful living environment without any noise or disturbances. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Totem Lake, with grocery stores like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods on the same lot, along with shopping and dining options such as Lulu, Athleta, Serious Pie, Salt & Straw, Duè Cucina, and more.
