Bell Sunrise Apartments

We recently moved into Bell Sunrise Apartments, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. From our very first visit to the property and amenities, everything was clearly explained and well presented, which immediately gave us a great first impression. The whole renting process was smooth, well organized, and stress-free, and moving into the unit went just as seamlessly. We especially want to highlight Alexis Martin, the Assistant Community Manager, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently, which made a big difference. Moving cross country is difficult but Alexis and Angela made the move-in process so easy. Friendly and welcoming from their first email to handling over our keys. Love the way we have been treated and LOVE the complex. We had a rental car for the first couple of days which we had no issues with the parking garage. View is breathtaking and love the bridge from the garage to the apartment units.

I moved to Fort Lauderdale from Santa Monica,CA. While it’s not Cali I do I love living at Bell Sunrise! The pool, hot tub, sauna and gym are all great amenities and well maintained. Alexis is incredibly helpful, caring, and truly on top of everything—she makes a big difference and always goes the extra mile. It’s a quiet, really nice community and centrally located to everything you need. Highly recommend!

DONT LIVE HERE. They don’t make an effort to resolve your issues. The water bill is outrageous. If you look online for Fort Lauderdale water it shouldn’t cost more than 50 dollars for 5000 gallons of usage a month. They charge us 100+ for less than that. After reimbursing us (not nearly what we should have been owed) they didn’t fix the issue and still we are losing money every month. Not to mention the mold and humidity. The mold is technically the resident’s responsibility but the complex doesn’t do anything about the extreme humidity in apartments. Likely they have bad pipes and poor ventilation. They don’t tell you that they use another company to manage their water bill and when brought up they make no effort to fix anything about it unless you go over their heads. There is maybe one

Management is AWFUL!!! no consistency, they do not care about residence here. Nothing gets done, rent is high, smells like hot garbage every weekend in the hallway, dog pee, and poop all over the place. Stuff is broken and doesn’t get fixed. Glass all over the parking garage and common areas, which has been reported multiple times and resulted in residence pets being injured. Dog park has crusted poop stuck to the grass. Parking situation is an absolute nightmare! Rent is outrageous. Fire alarms always going off. Do yourself a favor don’t move here.
