Bell South City

I had a wonderful experience living at Bell for the past year and a half. The maintenance team is amazing and the units and amenities are beautiful. It is in downtown so there's street noise and parking for guests can be tough sometimes. I wish there was a park or some more grassy areas nearby for my dog - more downtown struggles. It's right by Caltrain and walkable to coffee/restaurants/groceries. They were also really transparent with my move out process and fees, got most of my deposit back! If you need to be in Downtown South City area, I highly recommend Bell! PSA - balconies in this area are a bit pointless, on most days it's way too windy and cold to make use of them, they have a great outdoor patio area for the nicer days!

My wife and I have been living here for about a year now, and it’s been a great experience overall. The building is perfect for working professionals and young families - it’s quiet, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Noise insulation is excellent; we rarely hear anything from our neighbors, which is a huge plus. The staff and maintenance team are quick to respond whenever we need something and the cleaning staff do an excellent job keeping the property spotless and well-maintained. We also really appreciate the little perks like the commercial coffee machine available daily and the kombucha and cold brew on tap every Friday. I've been living here since 2023 and have really enjoyed my time here (just renewed my lease). The staff, office, and maintenance teams are amazing. Amenities and shared areas are always clean, maintenance shows up sometimes within a few hours to fix things, and the front office is always super helpful. The neighbors are respectful and nice, and there's really not much noise - even with 101, Caltrain, and the airport so close by. It's a great place to live!

Andrew from the maintenance team is such a great help when I service Bell South City. Always making sure I not only set up for success at this stop but also making sure he takes great care of all the tenants we service for. Definitely goes above and beyond. Thank you for all the help Andrew!

I’ve lived in this building for over three years, and I’ve always appreciated how responsive and reliable our maintenance team is. Both Art and Andrew are great, and they’ve helped me with different things over the years. I’ve worked more often with Art, and he has always been incredibly patient, clear in his explanations, and thorough with repairs. He really takes the time to make sure everything is done right, which I truly appreciate.
