Walking into Bell at Shady Grove, my fiancé and I expected a typical leasing appointment, but what we experienced with Judy was on an entirely different level. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us through the application process. It felt like talking to someone who truly cared, not just someone doing a job. What really blew us away was that Judy stayed well past the end of her shift to make sure everything was completed, even though she wasn’t feeling well that day. I had an amazing time during my tour with Judi in December! She was so patient and knowledgeable about the apartments and amenities while I was doing my in-person self guided tour. My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience with Assistant Property Manager Judi Aravjo. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was far below industry standard. Judi was disengaged, dismissive, and visibly uninterested in assisting us. Instead of welcoming us or providing clear guidance, she appeared preoccupied, rifling through her purse and looking for something. When she couldn’t find it, she abruptly claimed that the apartment we scheduled a self-guided tour for was “no longer available to tour” because “someone just applied for it.” Even after we explained that we simply wanted to view the vacant apartment—application or not—she refused and told us to “come back Monday.” The communication was not only unclear but highly unprofessional. Safe, clean, beautiful property. Lots of working spaces with computers, 3 courtyards, apartment is so beautiful. Management, my application process and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Brandon and Judi were so welcoming when I moved in.
