Beautiful complex to visit, and live in. Christa in the leasing office was an absolute joy to tour with. She was extremely professional and informative while also ensuring that the guest experience was fun! Highly recommend to anyone looking to move here - request to work with Christa!

We recently relocated to Atlanta from abroad and chose Bell Rock Springs as our new home, but this would not have been possible without the assistance of Christa and Nica, who worked tirelessly to secure our lease and get all the paperwork in order. These ladies were friendly, positive and helpful, and were very accommodating of all our questions and constant emails - we are very grateful for all they did to ensure that we got the apartment and we are loving our new home.

I had an amazing property tour experience with Naya at Bell Rock Springs. From the moment we started, she was incredibly knowledgeable, stylish, and confident in every detail she shared. Her genuine spirit truly stood out—you can tell she is passionate about helping others find the right home, not just closing a lease. I toured a 2 bed / 2 bath that was not renovated, and I was completely blown away by the design and layout. The unit is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed—nothing needs to be done at all. It felt move-in ready and exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be applying soon. For families, this community is also a great choice. If you have elementary school–aged children, the area is excellent and known for a strong school system. Highly recommend
