Bell Pasadena Apartments

Nice community. The leasing staff is nice, with the exception of the Community Manager. Very hostile and angry woman, who seems to not like her job. She wasn’t welcoming at all, didn’t speak when I said hello upon walking in. As she was doing my verification was rolling her eyes at the computer screen. If she represents Bell Partners and the community, I’d definitely take my money elsewhere. Employees are a reflection of the company and are apart of a consumers overall experience. With the exception of her nasty attitude, the property seemed to be exceptional, however, I took my business elsewhere. Bell Partners should do better when selecting members of management. I did file a corporate complaint and report her to the better business bureau.

Attention!! Anyone interested in living in the most comfortable, safe, elegant, excellently maintained and professionally managed apartment complex - Come on over here to Bell Pasadena Apartments!! I’ve been here for the last 3 years and it’s been a blessing and a pleasure because my apartment is ultra cool with washer and dryer unit and fabulous view of the San Gabriel mountains from my patio - not to mention the fact that the management team here are so friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to attend to my needs and request. I love it here!!

Juan did a fantastic job with maintenance at our apartment. He was very communicative and polite and made the whole experience so easy.

The maintenance team here is outstanding! They are always prompt, professional, and thorough with any service requests. Whether it’s a small fix or a larger repair, they handle everything efficiently and with a great attitude.
