Bell Old Town

Bell Old Town has been an outstanding place to call home. My wife and I have lived at Bell Old Town since September 2021, and it has truly been one of the best housing decisions we’ve made since getting stationed here in the Washington DC area. During the recent government shutdown (again), my military pay was delayed, and I reached out simply to communicate what was going on. The staff responded with the same professionalism, respect, and neighbor-to-neighbor mindset that we’ve consistently experienced here. Diana (Assistant Community Manager) and the team were understanding, communicative, and solution-oriented, treating the situation with care instead of just policy enforcement. I’ve been here since April 2023, originally planning to stay only short-term since I hadn’t lived in an apartment for over 30 years. I signed a one-year lease while I looked for a house, but I’ve grown to love it here so much that I renewed my lease again—and I’ll be renewing it for a third time this coming January. Maryann and Diana are truly wonderful and amazing. The property is beautifully maintained inside and out, and any minor issues in our unit have always been resolved promptly. I absolutely love it here—from the neighborhood and my easy commute to the walking trails, shopping, and more. I could go on and on, but simply put: Bell Old Town is the place to live.

Bell Old Town is absolutely stunning from the top-tier amenities to the beautiful surrounding area, everything about this place feels exceptional. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and every detail seems thoughtfully designed to create a truly memorable experience. What truly sets Bell Old Town apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Whether it's a simple question or a special request, they handle everything with professionalism and a smile. My wife and I have lived in Bell Old Town since February of this year. The overall experience has been first class. Diane, Maryann, and Brian in the front office are fabulous and helpful. It's nice to be so close to the GW walking/biking path. It's also great to be able to walk to restaurants, ice cream stores, etc. The building is clean with plenty of friendly folks. The gym is the best! And the various spaces available to work from home are top notch. The dog park is a real convenience too. Bell Old Town gets five stars from me!

I have been living at Bell Old Town for almost a month now and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Bryan from the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire moving process. The building and amenities are well maintained, and living so close to Old Town Alexandria has been so convenient. I would highly recommend anyone looking to move to consider choosing Bell Old Town.
