By far THE WORST complex I’ve ever lived at, not only did they try to steal my security deposit told me I’d get the correct amount since I had proof of the amount I paid and still turned around and took half of it when was told due to the inconvenience I’d get the whole deposit refunded, the new office manager Esmeralda Rosario is almost impossible to get ahold of and when she is gotten ahold of you get excuse after excuse or tells you that you have an attitude and that she won’t be spoken too that way, well if you did your job properly people wouldn’t have an attitude towards you. I was a resident for a year and getting maintenance was impossible, you’re better off moving across the street at least you get a gated community, garage, and a pool. Maintenance man Benny is rude and disrespectful when entering yur apt. And is a constant liar He goes into yur closets and bathrooms out of no where and doesn’t knock or check if someone is there first. And doesn’t tell yu why he is looking in there. They often feel like searches. And for no reason he also opens yur cabinets he also took pictures with no consent or prior notice ,of bathroom, shower ,kitchen tends to act like he can do whatever he wants when he is in your apt like he is the manager or property owner.and if yu question him he acts confused?! If yu live there be careful of him!!

The manager Domonique is so knowledgeable and gracious. To have somebody that’s fully dedicated to their job And making the best efforts to fulfill others needs she’s has been nothing short of AMAZING! 🤩 Thank you Domonique
