Bell Lake Norman Apartments

I would like to show my gratitude to the maintenance team for their rapid response with my Maintainece request. From experience at other properties it could take days or sometimes weeks, but here at Bell Lake Norman they’re re very sufficient and do their best at getting the job done. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful apartment and complex. The office staff was excellent. Our apt was bright and sunny and if we had an issue with maintenance, they were super quick and efficient. We will miss this place- it was a wonderful quiet 2 years! Thank you so much!

After reading all the negative reviews, I began to reflect on our experiance (my husband and I ) couldn't fine anything negative to say about our experiance at Bell Lake Norman. We had been in search to move from where we were from a 1 bdrm to a 2 bdrm with better amenities and upgrades. We were on a time-line. After riding around inquiring about apartments in the area we came to Bell Lake Norman, but before going into the office to get information on the property we drove around first. Being retired and senior citizens we were looking for quiet and peace. We were very impressed with the upkeep, the landscaping, and how the tenants appeared to take pride in their patios and balconys. Lived there for two years . The apartments are ok. Built cheap. Maintenance department is awful. Literally went one whole month with no stove or oven. When they pressure washed the outside my living room and kitchen floors and walls got wet. And if you love the smell of weed all the time go for it.

Ebony was very kind and pleasant to work with. I was very surprised with it being her 3rd day how insightful she was. It felt like she had been there a long time the way she conducted the walk through. Very professional and personable. Additionally the property is beautiful and I look forward likely joining this community!
