Todd and Dennis are the best team here. They continuously come to my home and take care of any needs expeditiously and without complaints. Their professionalism and conversation is top notch. I couldn’t ask for a better team.

Bell Jones Franklin was my first living experience after getting out of the Army, and it was amazing. From day one, Vanessa and Dustin were extremely helpful in all aspects of the move-in process as well as daily questions/issues. The complex is always clean and well kept, and the amenities are fantastic. From the pool to the fitness room, BJF was everything I was looking for in a new home. On top of the friendly staff and clean environment, BJF is conveniently located near several large shopping centers which gives residents easy access to groceries, clothing, and everything one needs to function. I would HIGHLY recommend Bell Jones Franklin to anyone moving to the area!

I recently moved out of Bell Jones Franklin, and I would not recommend this property. Throughout my time living there, we dealt with a persistent roach problem that management failed to properly address. Each time we reported it, they only sent someone to spray near the front door, despite us repeatedly explaining that the roaches were throughout the apartment — including the sinks, bathroom, bedroom, laundry closet, and kitchen. When I asked if they could treat more areas if I kept my dogs away for a few weeks, they refused. It was frustrating to be told spraying wasn’t possible because of pets, only for them to decline when I offered a reasonable solution. It felt like the issue simply wasn’t taken seriously. In addition, one of the male maintenance workers was extremely disrespectful. T

Brian was AMAZING!!! He showed me exactly what I was interested in. He was personable and allowed me to view at my own pace. The property is GORGEOUS and convenient. Modern and chic .

A well-maintained apartment community with secure buildings and clean common areas. Management does a good job of upkeep, and the overall environment feels safe and peaceful.
