Bell Arlington Ridge Apartments

I absolutely love my new home at Bell Arlington Ridge. I moved in June 2025 and the late Charles Moore helped us with the seamless process of moving in. The leasing agent Jacque has been nothing short of amazing with helping us get acclimated with questions regarding rent, packages and maintenance. Anything you can think of she has handled it and we absolutely love her! And our property manager Tyler has been an absolutely amazing help with anything that we ask or request of her. She is the sweetest person you could ever meet and really cares about her residents. Bell Arlington Ridge has the best management team that anyone could ever ask for.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Bell Arlington Ridge Apartments. I’ve been a resident for nearly two years and can confidently say the team has consistently done a great job ensuring resident satisfaction. I’ve seen a few leasing managers and consultants come and go during my time here, and I’d especially like to recognize Ms. Jacque as one of the current team members. She is incredibly kind and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure residents’ needs are met. Her professionalism and care do not go unnoticed, and she’s a great representation of the community.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ms. Jacque at Bell Arlington Ridge Apartments! From the very first interaction, she has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help with anything I need, and she always does it with the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. Ms. Jacque truly has the sweetest heart. She is patient, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job exceptionally well but also makes you feel valued and heard every single time. No matter the situation, she handles everything with professionalism, grace, and positivity. Update October 2025 Aside from emails going unanswered and our apartment constantly smelling like smoke from our neighbors who have been smoking multiple times per day inside their unit (a lease violation, which the new manager has done nothing to correct). The biggest issue lately has been packages. Amazon and management recently have slacked on using parcel pending, a service we pay for to keep our packages safe and easy to retrieve. Packages that don’t make it to lockers just sit out in the hallway by the leasing office (for days sometimes) as they are scattered haphazardly and there for anyone to take.
