We are so lucky to have met Porsha who is so nice and so kind and knows exactly what we are looking for, each time we have questions, Porsha is always very patient and answers all of our questions promptly! Under Porsha’s very clear and efficient introduction plus her precise recommendation and each time when we meet we always talk like old friends which let us feel much warmer in Bell Almaden… All these are the most important reasons which have let us make a quicker decision to make Bell Almaden our new home! Again we highly appreciate and thank you so much to each of your guys’ very friendly help and support and very efficient work to have made our this rental to be one of our best and the most exciting and successful rental experiences…

I previously lived at this apartment community, and even after moving out, the management team truly went above and beyond for me. I accidentally had a package shipped to my old address, and the office staff was incredibly helpful in locating it and holding it safely until I was able to come pick it up. Their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to assist someone who is no longer a resident really speaks volumes about their level of care and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that is this thoughtful and accommodating. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend this community based on the outstanding management alone.

We moved in a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier. Both Porsha and Camyll are kind and welcoming, and were very helpful in finding the perfect unit for us. They are always happy to answer any questions we may have. Everything is well maintained, clean and functional. Israel has been so helpful with maintenance, all the staff here is awesome. Community is respectful and easy to get along with. We are very happy so far at Bell Almaden. Happy to be here.

We moved here a few months ago, and it has been such a smooth move! Porsha has been such a delight, SO friendly and communicative! She took us through the tour to the application process and then moving in, it has been nothing but great! We appreciate her so much, always answering every question from the smallest little details and does everything above and beyond from tourists to residents. Also the maintenance guy, Israel is amazing! Fixing all problems, available and caring! Always fast on the case and knows exactly what to do! Such a warm welcome to the community!

From our very first tour to now as current residents, the service has been excellent. Porsha was incredible in helping us find and get set up with our unit, making the entire process easy and welcoming. Israel has also been amazing with maintenance and service—responsive, professional, and always helpful. We’ve felt well taken care of every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Highly recommend!
