I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Shields at Belk Lucy. Kevin helped secure the purchase of a commercial property for my agricultural business. There were limited options in my price range and Kevin did the best he could to address my needs. Kevin was always available to talk and had a positive attitude. He was flexible with my limited time being a business owner and father. This was my first commercial purchase and Kevin was there to help me with any questions I had. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be about parking fees rather than the company itself. If you don’t want to pay for parking, of course you might be frustrated—but that’s not a reflection of the business. In reality, this team is extremely professional and does an excellent job helping with all commercial real estate needs. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for expertise and reliable support.

A couple years ago (in person) I asked them to help me find a commercial retail space in Charleston. Not only did they not take me seriously, but never reached back out to me. Today, I’m thriving on my second year on King Street by going through a different agency.
