Roach infested. Red flag was not viewing the unit before moving in. Found cockroach droppings immediately as soon as we started moving in. Couldn’t keep up with the infestation. I was constantly buying traps, poison and raid. Manager doesn’t care, she would just say they would send an exterminator that only came out to set up glue traps and NEVER came back to treat our home. Got car towed twice. If you need any assistance with a maintenance issue, they’ll take almost a month to repair. We were miserable. No one deserves to live in a community like this apartment complex and management. Not family oriented at all. I had to stop cooking due to the infestation. Disgusting finding cockroaches have been everywhere in the kitchen while at work. Especially not for the price. Stay away from this p

Horrible place to live. We hated living there. We were constantly killing roaches that come from the trash can close by. They make up new rules while you are there and then have their attorney write you a letter and try to act like it is legal when it is not. Their attorney lies as much as they do. They love ticketing and towing your car so forget having anyone visit you.

You aren't sorry. That is why you have my number blocked so I can't call customer service, and you hired a lawyer to write a cease and desist letter, threatening to sue me. Be careful that you do not get sued first.

I just moved from here, canceled my lease early because I couldn't stand living there. Literally live anywhere else but here. Management changes all the time. It's not a non smoking facility and neighbors smoke like they breath. Parking is horrible. Nothing in the streets and hardly any inside. Sketch people everywhere. Barking dogs everywhere. They will literally charge you for everything and anything once you move out. They will take as much of your deposit and they can and more. If you don't have to live here, dont. Worst complex I have ever lived in and wouldn't want my worst enemy here. That's how bad it is. The 6 months I was there, almost all my neighbors moved. That's all you see here, people moving out all the time. Not even worth it.
