Belfield Luxury Apartments

Great location, but very little else to like about this place. Very poorly constructed. It looks nice but man did they cheap out on materials. You can hear your neighbors snore and if someone lives above you, get used to it never being quiet in your apartment. You can kiss sleep goodbye. Management is meh, at best. They say all the right things, but do nothing to help when you have a concern. They’re entering apartments almost monthly for their own planned maintenance without regard for privacy or personal space. I would have overpaid and rented at this location for years, but after being here for months I don’t know how I can last the current year.

Truly a stunning new development in the heart of North Center. Such a walkable area with tons of bars, restaurants, and easy access to Lakeshore Drive, Wrigley Field, and everything going on in this part of the city!!
