Belcove Place Apartments

We’ve been here a little 2 weeks now and the apartment complex is honestly pretty nice. It’s very quiet here which was a nice surprise. All of the landscaping is very well kept up on by maintenance. Another thing is, maintenance comes quick with any service orders that you put it, and will have it fixed for you in no time. I wanted to give a huge thank you to Caressa for her help during the process. This is our first apartment, and she really helped guide us through the process. She was very patient with any questions I had, and never rushed us with anything. Our move in day was also a holiday, and she took time out of her personal day to be able to give us the keys which made it way easier , so I thank her so much for that. Definitely would recommend Caressa as your leasing consultant :)

I’ve been living in this community for nearly two years and recently decided to move from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment. Like most people, I’m not a fan of moving, but Ceressa made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone in the leasing office is wonderful and incredibly helpful. Everything was simple, quick, and I ended up moving in without any issues within a week which was perfect at the time. All the staff have been very helpful and pleasant, additionally the neighborhood is very quiet and I never had any issues with my neighbors. I felt that the expense was very fair, especially when considering the extensive walkability that you have in that area. Either go get breakfast and shopping in the center of town, go out to the many restaurants and bars and not have to worry about driving back. I lived at this apartment complex for four years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Chrissy in the office. From day one, she took care of everything for me and my family. She never once said no, instead, she always found a way to help.
