Dana responded very quickly and came right away when water was overflowing from my washing machine. He helped clean up the water promptly and prevented it from spreading further. He was professional, calm, and very helpful during a stressful situation. I really appreciated his quick response and willingness to help. Would definitely recommend him for urgent assistance.

I've lived here for over a year and wanted to give an updated view for potential leasers. I will start with the good points: it is in a great location, maintenance is usually quick with requests, pet friendly, and studio renewals see very small fluctuations in rent. Here are the bad points: THERE IS NO SAFE PACKAGE SYSTEM, they removed the only door and the package room, so if your package is unfortunate enough to find its way in the OPEN mail rooms, there is a good chance it will be STOLEN. They do suggest either to have it delivered to your door (which i have SEEN it get stolen from there too) or RENT OUT a package locker at another location at YOUR EXPENSE. While the property itself is acceptable, the billing system and management response are not reliable. I experienced an automatic payment that exceeded the amount I had authorized, despite having a fixed autopay amount set. The overpayment was processed without approval, and resolving it required multiple follow-ups across on-site staff, regional management, and the treasury team. Throughout the process, the explanation kept changing — first being told refunds were only available at move-out or by mailed check, then later that an ACH refund was possible. Do not waste your time or deposit trying to move into these apartments, after i did a tour one of the managers told me if i make a deposit that the loft will be ready for us to move in with a few days so me and my roommate paid out deposit and application fee my roommate gets denied over something that never mattered anywhere else we ever lived at they ask if i had anyone different i can put on the lease i put my cousin down he was denied too it seems to me that i was being profiled. Now I understand why this apartments has alot of one stars also as i was leaving from the tour i had to walk over packages scattered all over right by the door no Amazon lockers the amenities are pretty lame too
