Liars, and crooks. Do not use this real estate company. We bought our house, and the same agent represented both us and the sellers (first no-no). Unfortunately we were young and this was our first home, so we were relatively naive and uninformed, and didn't realize this was a problem at the time. It wasn't until we went to sell the house we realized just how underrepresented we were. The kitchen needed serious rewiring to be brought to code, which we were forced to pay most of it, and even when it wasn't done correctly, our agent from Beith Associates basically said "oh well, too bad." Now that we're selling it (through a different company) and finalizing the last details, we learned that the buyers are being represented by Beith associates, and are really haggling us down and nitpicking
