I wrote a thumbtack review for Justen but wanted to share my thoughts on Google as well. Good realtors are not easy to find. When I think of realtors, I think of sales and someone who is either trying to rush you to the closing table or actually take the time to get to know what it is you are looking for. Justen knew I was from out of town and after looking at properties, he learned what my criteria by how I reacted to different properties. We went through a few bids and finally got a win! The Vegas market is hot, and unlike other realtors that did not discourage Justen to put bids here and there. I've had realtors that just gave up if I didn't overbid. Justen is so professional and really knows what he is doing. He did everything he could to help mom sell her house and made the paperwork so easy. I would highly recommend him anytime. He was great at the open houses as well.
