Joe Legrand of Beer Wells got me arrested for sidewalk chalk on public property right after my art helped the city qualify for $1,200,000 in grant money…he hid his involvement until I did a FOIA request and uncovered the truth. A family man and a community man…got someone arrested for sidewalk chalk…and sue to his ill gained and undeserved importance he faced no consequences whereas I lost family and friends and had to leave the town. He is still happy he called the police on me.

Elaine was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Excellent communication! Not sure what I would have done without her. The other places that I went through to find a commercial space were horrible.

terrible! the worst part - he doesn't see or understand how awful of a human he is. Do not do business with this person if you can help it.

I've made an offer on a building. They can never reach their client and always say they will call me back, and yet never do. They are poorly managed and fail at communication.

You can try to contact every agent that works here & you’ll not have any luck. I’m not sure what kind of services they offer, but it’s definitely not real estate or customer service.
