Beechwood Pines

This apartment complex and staff are rare. It’s one of the best apartments I have lived at. The staff is kind, easy to work with, quick to help with anything, and always in communication . The grounds are extremely clean and cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced for the size and quality. I have not had any pest complaints which can be rare in the humid moist south. This is not student housing so the neighbors are friendly and quiet and clean. I strongly recommend this complex to anyone whether a young single adult or small family. Wish I could take this place with me when moving.

Beechwood Pines literally became my second home. I am a graduate student, and it was the most perfect place to live. I can list so many benefits: clean grounds despite being extremely dog friendly, quiet and friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, responsive management, fun events, and so much more. The main reason I had to leave was that our family was outgrowing a one bedroom apartment. I was sad to have to go. I would recommend Beechwood Pines to anyone looking for a quiet, amazing apartment complex. Bonus points because it is a gated community and it is right next to a Kroger and a ton of really good stores. You won't regret living here!

My roommate and I have been living here since January, and I have to say I am impressed. I was a bit worried at first being as they do not let you view the apartment before you move in, but we have really had no issues. The community is really well kept and not very much crime in the area. The maintenance people are always so kind and come as soon as a request has been made. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Overall it has been a wonderful stay here and we will definitely be renewing our lease at the end of the year!

I've lived at Beechwood Pines for right over two years now and it's the best kept secret in Athens, as far as apartment complexes go. It's gated and quiet. There aren't any rowdy noisy parties going on, which is great if you're older or are looking to find a place that's not completely full of college students. I think the biggest draw of Beechwood Pines is the daily living. I say that because it's easy to live here and take so many things for granted that you're constantly fighting for with other apartment complexes. The front office is always very understanding, and the hours are really good so you can grab packages if they were left there. I have lived here for about 5 months now and have been very pleased with my experience! The apartment and complex is clean, well kept, and very reasonably priced. The maintenance staff is great and responds to a service request in a timely manner. The pool furniture has all been replaced since I have lived here and it looks great. The gym and study room are so convenient and are amenities I use frequently. I recently discovered the car wash and really enjoy being able to have a clean car without having to pay to take it to a car wash. But the best thing about Beechwood Pines by far is the location, you are surrounded by everything you could possibly want or need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, the post office, drug stores, gyms, etc.) and it is all within walking distance.
