Beechnut Palms

I have been living in this apartment complex a long time, I’ve never had any issues, the apartments are really great! maintenance are always on time 🙂

Saw the community a bit ago and peaked my interest. Stopped by to inquire over potential move in specials and opportunities and inform myself over the community. The staff was extremely helpful, organized, and knowledgeable on all aspects surrounding leasing a unit with them. I was made to feel comfortable and was given more than enough information to be at ease when making a decision on weather to proceed with choosing this community as a place to come home. All in all i was very impressed with the staff, and have comfortably and happily chosen to proceed with getting an apartment home with this community. Thank you for all of your time and help and attention to detail.

Very friendly staff and always caring for there residents! I love this place!!

I came to visit my friend and These apartments are not good at all there was no parking spaces and the stairs where unstable when walking up and when it rains the stairs are really slippery there was a lot of roaches outside and some coming into the inside of the apartment and BEES! that is unacceptable what type of apartments are these and there’s a lot of rats outside of the property and when it’s hot outside it’s also hot in the inside they have no type of AC! Besides the ones on the window and they really don’t work and the neighbors are really loud and don’t let us rest there are also a lot of disrespectful neighbors.
